Is Mac a better platform to work on (forget gaming) than PC ?

I always were a PC user and i didn’t want to switch to Mac, cause it lacked in gaming. Now that i have a xbox, i don’t play on PC at all, so i only need a EXCELLENT platform to work on – make websites, animations, graphic and music. Should i switch to Mac? I’m considering iMac, but i don’t know.

Macs tend to be better systems for doing websites, animations, graphics and music. MACs usually just cost more.
