How do you install ps3 disc games onto a ps3 hard drive?

I’d like to be able to do this as this way i could sell some of the games to cash in for new ones coming out (makes sense eh?), but have absolutely no thought how to do it. I’ve heard that you can do this for the ps3, and know for sure you can on the 360. Thanks

Its my understanding that you’ll still need the 360 disc to run the game, but anyway, you cannot do this with the PS3. Even if you could, you will still need the game disc to run the game. Sony is not that stupid.
