Does anyone know of any guide services in North America where i can waterfowl and big game hunt?

Written By: admin on June 20, 2009 One Comment

For my graduation gift next year my parents have agreed to pay for me to go on a hunting trip anywhere I want. I am primarily a waterfowl hunter and this would be the main reason why I am going on the trip. But, if posible, i want to do some sort of huge game hunting (Moose, Elk, Caribou, Bear, etc.). Does anyone have any proffesional guide service suggestions??? Thanks.

Welcome to Alaska. Waterfowl hunting doesn’t get any better than the selection of birds along the Aleutians. You get some truly gorgeous and exotic species along that flyway that you rarely find on the mainland….like king eiders, emperor geese, etc. And when you have had your fill of filling your limits there, you can drop into the King Salmon area to fill a tag or two with some outstanding caribou hunting. After returning to the Anchorage area, consider checking into a moose or bear hunt if you still have time. Black bear, moose, and caribou can all be hunted without a guide, but grizzly and brown bear require guide service and expensive fees go along with that. You’re gonna like it. See you when you get here.
